An alliance between Day3 and KPMG has developed a unique information repository and industry alliance forum for the Corporate Law Economic Reform Program (CLERP6) forming a total industry solution for the financial services industry.
KPMG, leaders in assessing the business impact arising from the CLERP6 legislation, partnered with Day3 for the development and hosting of the CLERP6 site with Day3 providing the technology expertise and KPMG providing the relevant content.
The aim of the CLERP6 project was to create an online resource centre that enabled financial service providers to analyse the impact of the CLERP6 reforms via creation of a reference centre that increases the awareness of KPMG’s expertise in the assessment of the business impact arising from the CLERP6 legislation.
