MCI WorldCom Australia and Primus Telecommunications Australia are the first Australian-based companies to invest in the PowerServe billing software application, Bill Point Analyser (BPA) version 2.0, released last week.
MCI WorldCom and Primus will use the technology as an integral part of their respective customer service strategies and will re-badge and customise BPA with their own label and requirements.
Primus billing and processing manager, Debbie Wadsworth, said Primus would re-badge BPA as e-Bill.
"Primus customers can now look forward to greater flexibility and ease of use with analysis of bills. In the future, customers will also have the ability to access bill information from a secure web site and increased reporting capabilities through added product service enhancements." she said.
