PSG Solutions Inc, PowerServe's arm in the United States of America, will change its name to PowerServe International as part of the organisations globalisation efforts.
The offices, located in Augusta and Atlanta, will adopt the new company name from 1 May, 2000.
The PowerServe International name will be adopted in the USA in accordance with PowerServe's strategic vision to become a recognised global software solutions provider.
