Optus deliver a range of online services
 
Optus first formed an association with PowerServe in May 2000 with the development of an eBusiness website, www.optusdirect.com.au.

Optus is an Australian leader in integrated communications, serving more than four million customers nationally. The Optus broad range of communications services include mobile, national and long distance services, local telephony, international telephony, business network services, Internet and satellite services and pay television.

Known as Optus Direct, the PowerServe developed site included customer assistance as well as eCommerce that allowed Optus to form a strong business-to-consumer rapport online and instilled a strong confidence in our organisation.
The success of the Optus Direct site formed a relationship between Optus and PowerServe that meant the development in mid-2000 of the Smart Pay site.

This ongoing and stable relationship formed with Optus then ensured further projects with the launching of the Optus a-Services site in the December of 2000, and therefore the possibility of many more projects with Optus in the future.
