Primus Telecommunications first came to Day3 in November 1997 seeking a solution to provide corporate clients with a complete electronic billing solution. Day3 was able to deliver by providing Primus with Bill Point Analyser™, which was re-branded as eBill™.

Primus Telecommunications is one of Australia’s leading global telecommunications companies and a multi-national carrier, providing international and domestic service as well as access to premium quality broadband national and international data networks through a division known as iPrimus.

The ongoing interaction with Primus including enhancements and support has formed a steady and strong relationship between Day3 and one of Australia’s leading telecommunications suppliers.

Since this initial contact, Day3 has developed further projects including a Business Processes Review that gives an audit of business management, and the Winback System to assist Primus in winning clients.
