i7 Pty Ltd initially contacted Day3 in March 2000 to create the principal infrastructure and architecture for an online portal, forging not only a strong ‘creator-to-consumer’ relationship but also a strong rapport between Day3 and i7.
i7 is the online consumer content delivery arm of the Seven Network, Australia. Wholly owned by the Seven Network, i7 Pty Ltd markets a broad-ranging and highly meshed network of complementary best-of-breed content-based websites including Network Seven Television programs and community issues.
i7’s complete satisfaction with this initial relationship, stemmed further developments within this project, including the development of micro-portals such as i7news.com.au.
