Melbourne, December 22, 2004 - Day3 Launches Clear Networks to provide regional broadband services. In addition, Clear Networks Pty Ltd today announced that it has acquired Regional Broadband Services (RBBS), an Optus Broadband Satellite services reseller based in Canberra.
